Tim-Kroeger.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
