About Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda, MD — Dr. Petch
Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda — known as Dr. Petch — is a longevity and functional medicine physician, and Co-Founder and Chief Medical Strategy Officer at Healthi Life, Bangkok’s first Urban Longevity House.
She trained at Davao Medical School Foundation (Doctor of Medicine, 2016) and holds a Thai Medical Council License No. 63464. She is a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM), certified in cellular therapy by the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA), and certified in IV Nutrition Therapy by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Petch leads the Longevity Programs at Healthi Life — 3 to 12-month physician-supervised protocols built around each guest’s biology. Every program begins with a comprehensive diagnostic of 80 to 120 biomarkers across six pillars: metabolism, hormones, inflammation, gut health, toxic burden, and cellular ageing. From that data, she maps root causes — not symptoms — and builds a protocol in the right order, at the right pace.
She conducts monthly physician follow-ups, quarterly biomarker reviews, and adjusts every protocol based on how the individual responds over time.
Before co-founding Healthi Life, Dr. Petch spent years in private hospitals and led large aesthetic clinic chains in Thailand. In 2024, after her partner Vincent Caradec was hospitalised at 37, she made one decision: to build the place she knew was missing. A space where a physician stays with the guest — for months, not minutes.
