Short Biography
Tim Kroeger is a luxury wellness travel & longevity editor, founder of Universal Traveller, and creator of The Restorative Index, a 100-point hotel assessment framework covering sleep, calm, nutrition, spa, movement, and service. His work draws on 15+ years of full-time travel across 112+ countries, more than 5,000 hotel nights, and 230+ nights personally assessed using the framework.
A former Lufthansa flight attendant and active endurance traveler, Tim connects first-hand hotel reviews with his own training, recovery, and longevity journey. He is the Founding Ambassador of Healthi Life Longevity House in Bangkok and appeared in ZDF’s Forever Young in Thailand documentary. His central question: Did you leave feeling better than when you arrived?
